About us
Made by Mew is a small UK-based handmade craft business. Contact: madebymew@outlook.com.
Ordering
Submitting the order form is a request, not a confirmed sale. We'll review your order and reply with a PayPal invoice within 1–2 days. Your bracelet is only made once payment has been received.
Pricing & postage
Bracelets are £10 each if hand-delivered, or £11.95 posted (£10 + £1.95 P&P) within the UK and Ireland. We do not currently ship outside the UK and Ireland. Royal Mail postage times apply once the parcel has been sent — we are not responsible for postal delays.
Made to order
Each bracelet is handmade to your specification (cat's name, colours, size). Production takes around 1–2 weeks from payment.
Returns & cancellations
Because every bracelet is bespoke and personalised with your cat's name, the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has started.
You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin making your bracelet — usually within 24 hours of payment. Just email us.
If your bracelet arrives faulty or damaged, please email a photo within 14 days of receipt and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Care & wear
Bracelets are made from beads on stretch cord. Avoid water, perfume, lotions and rough handling to keep yours looking lovely. Normal wear and tear is not covered by our returns policy.
Photos
Photos you send of your cat are used only to colour-match your bracelet. We won't share or publish them without your permission. If you'd be happy for us to feature your finished bracelet on our gallery or social media, just let us know — entirely optional.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
